Lang Tang Survivor

Lang Tang village was completely wiped out by the earthquake. A glacier shifted and caused a massive avalanche to travel down over a cliff and onto the entire village leaving only rubble. The village and the bodies are still trapped beneath it.  The valley can only be reached by foot (about 5 days walk)  so help is limited.

We trekked to Lang Tang in November to visit people we had helped while they were living in tent camps in Kathmandu. They had decided to return home to attempt to rebuild.  This  is one of the people I met along the way.  A true survivor.

A non-reflective alternative to a Frameless Acrylic, it's also half the weight.

The print is mounted onto 2mm solid aluminium sheet and finished with a non-reflective laminate which is UV blocking, scratch resistant and water-proof.

The concealed frame (attached to the back), allows the image to 'float' off the wall.
